1. Annual IT Support Our Annual IT support package is tailored to the individual needs of each client. We recognise that every business is different and that IT requirements vary. Red Mosquito operate as an 'outsourced IT department' catering for all your IT requests. A number of dedicated ICT support hours are allocated to the client for the year. These hours are calculated based on an IT audit to identify your requirements. Throughout the course of the year the hours can be used as and when required for any number of IT related tasks. On completion of either the 12 months or allocated hours the contract is reviewed and amended as required. All work done is logged via an online case logging system allowing the client to see exactly what work has been done and the status of the contract. A maximum four hour onsite* (if the issue cannot be dealt with remotely) response time is guaranteed and, in the event of a serious issue involving downtime you will be given priority support. * most issues can be dealt with remotely and are resolved within half an hour. Annual support is usually the most cost effective option since
the hourly rate (varies depending on hours required) is lower than
than block or ad-hoc support. |

2. Annual Pro IT Support Our Annual Pro IT support package offers the same advantages of option 1 but with the added advantage of being pro-active (hence the 'Pro'). Our pro-active service allows us to take complete control of your systems and operate as an outsourced IT department. Through a combination of monitoring tools, remote access technology and scheduled maintenance visits by an engineer Red Mosquito will completely manage your IT systems. Regular 'pro-active' tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
This service gives you peace of mind that your systems are being properly managed and maintained thus severely reducing the chance of serious downtime. |

3. Annual Unlimited IT Support A
full pro-active annual support contract with the added advantage
of no hourly usage limitation. This allows you to use Red Mosquito
as when you require throughout the year with with no limitation.
As with all our annual support packages you will given priority in the event of
system downtime or disaster. |

4. Block IT Support Our 'block' package allows the client to purchase a block of support hours to be used as and when required. When the block is used you have the option to either purchase another block or move to another support package. This option provides flexibility with no long term commitment whilst ensuring the same level of support as an annual contract. The package has a slightly higher hourly rate than the annual support options. |

5. Ad-hoc IT Support If you need help right now and don't want to sign up to a contract we offer an ad-hoc IT support call out service. This service allows you to sample our excellent service and, in most cases, there will be no charge in the event that you decide to take out a support package (or if we do not fix the fault).
