Our service desk is manned by trained professionals based at our Operations Centre in Glasgow and is your point of contact for all aspects of the management and support of your computer systems. Effectively, we are your IT department.
Our Service Desk offers the following key features:
- Maximum 4 hour on-site response during normal working hours for business critical issues.
- Remote support direct to any desktop via our remote control system. This allows us to troubleshoot the majority of issues almost immediately therefore minimising downtime.
- Unlimited telephone technical support. Speak to a skilled technician about any IT issue during normal office hours.
- Fully qualified Microsoft Certified support personnel. We only use qualified technicians to ensure the best possible service to our clients.
- Dedicated named support staff. You will always deal with technicians who know both you and your systems.
- Scheduled maintenance included. This allows us to perform essential maintenance with server reboots scheduled out of office hours.
