BT cease ISDN and PSTN, what you need to know

Back in 2014, BT Openreach announced that they would be ending the traditional phone services provided via ISDN and PSTN services by 2025. They will start reducing services dramatically in 2020 and businesses will not be able to purchase new ISDN products from then. Businesses across Britain will need to migrate to new telephony services by 2025. Technology has moved on dramatically since these older services were introduced. Modern technology allows businesses to move beyond the limitations of traditional phone systems to enjoy increased functionality of new systems, often at a cheaper price.
